Guida e Vai is a system in Italy that allows driving schools and students to collaborate in an innovative way. The customer's need was to gather information from different sources into a single platform in order to effectively manage business processes and customer care.
The solution involves the use of some standard elements provided by Salesforce for lead management, account and negotiations. An integration with one of Salesforce's service that allows managing customer feedback from the app itself was also provided, as well as an inbox configured to enable the customer to manage the calendar in a synchronized way between Gmail and Salesforce.
Finally, reports and dashboards were configured to monitor the company's KPIs.
