Since 2009, we have been collaborating with Enel, an Italian multinational energy company and one of the world's largest integrated electricity and gas operators, on projects of various natures, interests, and complexities.
The most involved activities have been the implementation activities on the Salesforce CRM following the ARERA resolution on the standardization of offer codes in the electricity and natural gas sectors, and the consequent population and updating of the same in the Official Central Register (RCU) of the SII.
Other activities include interventions aimed at preventing the use of improper or fraudulent contact details in the subscription of contracts, thanks to the range of Salesforce technologies that combine the power and simplicity of declarative tools with the high degree of customization of Apex code in favor of integrations with the systems involved in the
