Mashfrog drives Aetrex's digital growth with Infor CloudSuite Fashion

Aetrex partnered with Mashfrog to implement Infor CloudSuite Fashion and modernize its ERP. In just 11months, the project enabled scalable omnichannel growth, automation and integrated operations across Fashion, footwear, orthotics and technology service.

Over time, Aetrex expanded its footprint beyond orthotics into a broader footwear offering, combining advanced technology with consumer-centric design. To sustain this growth, Aetrex needed to move beyond a fully customized legacy system that had been in place for more than 20 years and could no longer support the company’s strategic ambitions in innovation, speed and global scalability.

Full implementation: the roadmap to success

The project officially kicked off in October 2024 and reached go-live in September 2025, completing the full implementation in just 11 months. This exceptionally fast timeline was achieved despite the complexity of replacing a heavily customized legacy system and integrating multiple external platforms.

The primary challenge was enabling Aetrex to scale global operations while supporting a rapidly growing omnichannel and ecommerce strategy. Working in close collaboration with Infor Sales, Mashfrog designed and delivered a solution centered on Infor CloudSuite Fashion, fully integrated with Aetrex’s digital ecosystem.

Key components of the implementation included:

  • Integration with Shopify and NuOrder to support B2C and B2B ecommerce
  • EDI integration via Orderful to streamline trading partner communication
  • Infor WMS integration, including direct M3-to-WMS flows as a major operational differentiator
  • Credit card processing and automated payments via CardConnect
  • Bank and exchange rate integrations for financial accuracy across markets
  • 3PL integrations to enable efficient order fulfillment

Automation played a central role in the project. A notable example was the implementation of workflows to automate monthly SaaS billing for customers using Aetrex’s foot-scanning technology, significantly reducing manual effort and improving billing accuracy.
