Retreat 2026: Mashfrog’s AI (r)evolution
The annual meeting of Mashfrog Group’s top management in Naples, February 27–March 1. A time for sharing, discussion, and analysis of the AI-Driven journey across the entire Group ecosystem, spanning Agentic AI, AI Orchestration, and Prescriptive AI.
Sharing, discussion, and analysis guided by the title "Agentic AI as a Service. The Mashfrog (r)evolution." From February 27 to March 1, Palazzo Caracciolo in Naples hosted Mashfrog Group’s Retreat 2026, the annual meeting of the Group’s ecosystem that captures the results achieved and outlines the paths for future development.
The working sessions brought together Mashfrog Group’s top management to consolidate experiences, success cases, and perspectives on the AI-Driven journey the Group has been pursuing for several years across the different countries where it operates and through the diverse areas of expertise that shape its technological knowledge base.
Two years of first-mover advantage
Two years ago, at Retreat 2024, the sessions were guided by a forward-looking slogan: "Welcome to the Nvidia World!". At the time, the company led by Jensen Huang had just surpassed $3 trillion in market capitalization, climbing to second place behind Microsoft and overtaking Apple. Beyond the financial euphoria, it was a clear signal that the Fourth Industrial Revolution—triggered by the Cloud and accelerated by AI—had entered a new phase: the steady, rapid, and irreversible transformation of companies, business models, and services.
Just two years after that milestone, as the system integration, SaaS, and enterprise services landscape adapts to the new AI era, Mashfrog Group’s Retreat 2026 provided an opportunity to take stock of the experiences, projects, products, and developments of an AI-Driven journey that has been underway for some time.
Beyond SaaS: Agentic AI, AI Orchestration, and Prescriptive AI
Numerous indicators—also highlighted during the Retreat sessions—suggest that the traditional SaaS model has exhausted its initial momentum. For years, value was tied to access to the tool: implementing platforms, configuring workflows, integrating systems. Today, AI is shifting the center of gravity from the interface to the decision itself: no longer software to be used, but systems that understand context, generate insights, and trigger actions.
ERP, CRM, and EPM are also changing in nature. ERP is no longer just a system of record, but an operational engine capable of suggesting and triggering decisions. CRM is evolving from a repository of relationships into the orchestrator of the next commercial move. EPM goes beyond static reporting, enabling continuous simulation and predictive optimization.
Today, value lies in orchestrating intelligence, no longer in integrating platforms. Agentic AI to operate, AI Orchestration to coordinate models and processes, Prescriptive AI to determine the best course of action. No longer digital transformation as a project, but as a permanent capability to generate performance.
Skills, expertise, and the tangible value of use cases
The experience gained over the past year of Mashfrog Group’s AI-Driven journey shows that truly cutting-edge projects and solutions rest on three prerequisites that enable the effective use of AI: deep familiarity with business processes across functions and domains; a clear understanding of operational and industry-specific business dynamics; and solid experience with pre-AI technologies, platforms, and SaaS solutions, which remain the starting point for organizations’ AI-Driven transformation.
The days of Retreat 2026 provided an opportunity to analyze several of the success cases that shaped the past year and are defining the current one, while also identifying strengths, areas for development, and emerging market trends. It clearly underscored the market value of the many use cases derived from AI-Driven projects already present in Mashfrog Group’s portfolio and across its ecosystem: a starting point for designing tailor-made solutions that address clients’ specific needs; concrete examples to illustrate the opportunities and practical applications of AI, delivering tangible results and actionable operational references.
A "ready-to-use" portfolio of AI-Driven solutions
The two-day event in Naples also provided an opportunity to take stock of the AI-Driven products and solutions that are already an integral part of Mashfrog Group’s capabilities and offerings for specific enterprise services and industries.
During the working sessions, particular focus was given to presenting and analyzing the case histories of AI-Driven solutions developed over the past two years within the Group ecosystem.
Mashfrog for Procurement: an 8-AI Agent suite that transforms the Procurement function into a true value driver by automating and optimizing the entire Procure-to-Pay cycle. Modular and scalable, it reduces operational time by up to 60%, increases efficiency, and delivers measurable cost savings.
gAIn360: the platform that applies AI to wealth and asset management, seamlessly integrating with Salesforce to turn CRM data and proprietary financial forecasts into value-driven decisions. Listed on EGM PRO of Borsa Italiana, it is a trusted partner for banks, family offices, and asset managers focused on innovation, control, and sustainable growth.
Qosmos: the conversational AI Agent developed by Qvantia that supports daily operations by connecting data from multiple sources and transforming it into action. It analyzes variances, provides insights and improvement recommendations, benchmarks performance against the market, and generates dynamic dashboards and forward-looking forecasts.
TicketWallet: the digital-first platform that revolutionizes access management for sports and live events. Developed in partnership with Vivaticket for sports clubs, venue operators, and major event organizers, TicketWallet optimizes entry flows, enhances security levels, and strengthens engagement and loyalty—shaping a new experience for audiences, organizers, and events alike.
Completing the portfolio of AI-Driven solutions developed within the Group ecosystem, the Prescriptive AI solutions created by Aygloo were also presented. Aygloo, Mashfrog Group’s Spanish company focused on Artificial Intelligence for enterprises, has already delivered several enterprise projects across multiple industries, from retail and utilities to banking.
Not just technology: organization, culture, and training
The revolution driven by AI is not limited to a shift in market paradigms and offerings; it also represents a transformation in the Group’s organization and ways of working.
The Retreat also served as a moment of reflection on the trends, needs, and essential evolutions required to develop the organization and internal processes from an AI-Driven perspective. Starting from global analyses such as The State of AI in 2025 by McKinsey, particular emphasis was placed on the fundamental value of training members of the corporate community—focusing on upskilling and reskilling—as well as on the central role of corporate culture in the change management journey driven by Artificial Intelligence.
For the entire Group, 2026 will also represent a year of transformation in terms of solutions supporting internal processes and the corporate community, grounded in the awareness that being an AI-Driven company means orchestrating a transformation that goes far beyond technology—reshaping the very meaning of what it is to be a company.
