OpenFiber's goal is to "create the largest fiber optic network in the country, guaranteeing coverage not only in large cities but also in small towns". We contributed to this ambitious project by handling all the pre-sales, sales, and feasibility activities related to the OpenFiber network.
In particular, we worked on:
- managing coverage checks of the websites on the institutional portal;
- making the various points of interest (POI), that are part of the OpenFiber network, available on Google Maps;
- managing batch imports with the POIs that OpenFiber shares and that must be visible on the maps;
- implementing REST services and integration with third-party services.
