At the FAITA Open Air Forum with YATO's digital hospitality

Mashfrog Group is the main sponsor of the most important Italian event dedicated to outdoor hospitality. From October 21 to 23 at the Auditorium Massimo in Rome, YATO's digital solutions will be available to campsites, resorts, and restaurants.

Open Air FAITA

It’s the most important event in Italy for outdoor hospitality professionals. The FAITA Federcamping Open Air Forum opens its doors at the Auditorium del Massimo in Rome from October 21 to 23.

Mashfrog Group will be there as the event’s main sponsor and technology partner for a sector that includes over 2,600 businesses across campsites, glamping sites, holiday villages, and open-air resorts.

With an economic impact exceeding 8 billion euros per year, over 70 million overnight stays, and more than 100,000 people employed, the open-air hospitality sector is a standout in Italy—one where digitalization must meet increasingly complex needs and dynamics.

YATO: integrated, digital, all-in-one Hospitality.

In open-air hospitality, technology is most effective when it disappears. YATO was created within Mashfrog Group with this vision: a single platform that seamlessly integrates property management, guest services, food & beverage, payments, and guest engagement—so time can be refocused on hospitality.

At its core is a PMS that communicates with all operational modules, enabling staff to work "mobile-first": pre-check-in with document upload, smooth arrivals, and additional services managed from a single interface, with fully integrated check-in and check-out processes. Every digital tool is designed to enhance the guest experience.

The F&B area is a key testing ground. With Pay-at-Table, bills are settled right at the table: guests transparently choose their tip and receive a digital receipt. When needed, room charges are made via QR code or app, with spending limits and automatic reconciliation. Deposits and balances are managed through PayByLink and pre-authorizations; orders flow through KDS systems, reducing paper and minimizing errors.

The results? Tangible. Shorter lines, fast reconciliation between cash register, POS, and room charges, and tracked tips with reports that support payroll. Real-time monitoring of revenue and margins. And alongside the product, there's the Mashfrog method: process analysis, seasonal onboarding and training, and open APIs to integrate access control, home automation, sports activities, and major payment networks. All with a future-ready mindset—because YATO can also securely accept crypto payments. It integrates non-custodial wallets or regulated partners, with instant conversion to FIAT and reporting aligned with traditional channels, driving higher revenue and more recurring guests.

YATO simplifies digital complexity. And the results show—in the eyes of your guests and the performance of your business.

Digital transformation: integrated and tailor-made

In addition to YATO, Mashfrog Group has extensive experience in designing and delivering projects and solutions for professionals in the wellness and thermal tourism sectors, as well as in HoReCa and entertainment.

Whether it’s building a commercial website or a mobile booking app, implementing CRM platforms, cloud-based POS systems, management software, or Business Intelligence tools to monitor consumption, revenue, and offerings—Mashfrog’s professionals follow a proven methodology that puts technology at the service of the partner’s specific needs, guiding them through digital transformation with a tailor-made approach.

Understanding the client’s needs and current situation in depth; analyzing their tech assets to deliver a seamless and integrated service; identifying the most innovative, effective, and sustainable solutions; designing an optimal and efficient implementation journey; and monitoring the performance and efficiency of the solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

These are the hallmarks of the "tech human touch" that make Mashfrog an ideal partner for digital transformation.
