Our affordable end-to-end solution for Italian utilities now certified

XU360 has reached a new milestone: all four modules of its end-to-end solution for energy, water, and waste utilities, powered by Mashfrog, have been certified on Salesforce and are ready to be published on AgentExchange. 

The certification follows Salesforce’s Security Review, a rigorous validation process that recognizes the quality of the solution and the security of its code. It is a key step in strengthening Mashfrog’s position as a certified Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and its credibility within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

A modular suite for the entire commercial lifecycle 

XU360’s four modules address complementary needs: 

• Business Process Management (BPM) enables teams to design and automate workflows, connecting field operations with back-office activities; 

• CPQ supports quote creation and the management of complex pricing structures; 

• Billing & Invoicing handles billing, from standard scenarios to those involving multiple services; 

• Document Composer automates the creation, management and distribution of commercial and regulatory documents. 

The goal is to offer an end-to-end solution that is accessible to mid-sized energy, water and waste utilities: an alternative to custom-built systems and architectures that require separate applications and integrations for each stage of the process. The suite also connects digital front-end processes to the data cloud, creating continuity between customer interactions and business operations. 

Billing as a driver of change 

Billing & Invoicing plays a central role. Billing is one of the most complex processes for utility companies and has historically depended heavily on customized software. With XU360 there is no need to develop highly customized modules. The native suite  covers the key processes of the utility sector and reduces the time to production to a few weeks. The module supports scenarios ranging from standard to convergent billing. The suite also opens the door to predictive billing, using data available within the organization to make the process more advanced. 

XU360 is progressively moving toward an “ARERA by design” approach: regulatory requirements are built into the design of its modules, helping utilities manage compliance more easily throughout the commercial lifecycle.
