The cases of Alia Servizi Ambientali and Acquedotto Pugliese prove it.
Managing internal processes and collection points, improving customer services, facilitating the implementation of innovative solutions to make the entire environmental cycle more efficient. This is what we were called upon to do for Alia Servizi Ambientali, Tuscany's first multi-utility operating in the environment, integrated water cycle and energy industries.
For the company operating in Central Tuscany, with more than 1.5 million customers, Mashfrog Group won a tender together with Lutech for the maintenance of SAP waste and SAP ERP S/4HANA solutions, to which the innovative SAP GEF (Geographic Enablement Framework) is added, allowing the integration of ERP software with cartography for collection point location.
For Alia, we also developed the consumer app, which not only allows private waste to be managed "digitally", but also supports the delivery of special waste, service requests, invoices and payments as well as related documentation.
Acquedotto Pugliese: End to End Digital Integration
Also signed by Mashfrog is the digital transformation of Acquedotto Pugliese (AQP), one of the largest integrated water service companies in Italy with its long distribution chain of more than 20,000 km throughout the Apulian territory, from Gargano to Santa Maria di Leuca, in some municipalities of Campania, and sub-distribution to Acquedotto Lucano S.p.A. delivering the most precious and to be preserved commodity as water to more than 4 million users.
We have been involved in a wide-ranging action on AQP's entire digital transformation chain: from the integration of applications and the creation of new processes (with Salesforce's Mulesoft platform), to the implementation of digital services that support AQP in the timely and innovative analysis for the transformation of its application technology infrastructure.
Alongside this, we created FontaninAPP, a mobile app aimed at the citizens of Puglia and beyond, in which users are asked to collaborate with AQP to map the historical fountains in the various municipalities, making AQP's services accessible to everyone - including tourists.
