The all-women team stood out among 18 global finalists from across the Infor ecosystem for their innovative Returns Automation solution, which harnesses Infor’s cutting-edge technologies to deliver measurable business value.

The solution automates the calculation of return-related charges - including shipping, restocking, packaging, and refunds - ensuring accurate, real-time processing and automatic credit application.

Meanwhile, the integration of GenAI enables centralized data collection and advanced analytics to identify inefficiencies, track return trends, and guide process improvements.
