At Theater No. 1, from 10:45 to 11:05 AM, the session "SAP AI in Prysmian: Strategy and Adoption Journey with Support from Mashfrog" is scheduled. This Customer Success Story focuses on Business AI and illustrates not just the simple introduction of new technologies, but a truly structured journey. It began with a discovery phase to identify the areas with the highest impact and evolved into a targeted, progressive adoption plan. The goal was to integrate artificial intelligence solutions capable of delivering concrete, measurable value—generating both operational and strategic benefits for the entire organization.

Catello Voccia, Group Applications Delivery Director at Prysmian, will share the experience, discussing the challenges, achievements, and future outlook of a project that demonstrates how AI can become a daily ally for businesses—not just to innovate, but to grow sustainably.

Solution Demo: intelligent automation in business processes

In addition to the case with Prysmian, Mashfrog also takes the spotlight at the SAP NOW AI Tour with a second official session, this time focused on the real potential of artificial intelligence in business processes.

The session, part of the Solution Demo section for the Business AI area, will take place at Demo Point No. 1 from 12:00 to 12:15 PM and will provide a practical overview of how AI can transform the daily work of our clients.
With the title "Business AI at Work: Intelligent Automation in Business Processes," the session will showcase a real-world case related to procurement, where intelligent agents integrated into SAP systems—such as Ariba and S/4HANA—are already capable of understanding natural language, analyzing complex documents, and generating real-time insights.

Mashfrog for Procurement: the AI revolutionizing P2P

At the SAP NOW AI Tour, Mashfrog brings extensive and well-established experience in AI applications for business, including examples of specialized solutions like Mashfrog for Procurement (M4P) — an innovative suite that redefines the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle through the power of artificial intelligence.

Designed as a modular and scalable platform, M4P was created to reduce the burden of operational tasks, speed up processes, and improve decision quality. At its core are eight vertical applications—multi-agent and multi-skill—designed as true “virtual colleagues” capable of supporting the procurement team in the most repetitive or complex activities. Among them are ProcAssistant AI for suppliers and contracts, Tender XAI for sourcing, and DocSum AI for summarizing complex documents.

A simple idea—for those already familiar with AI as a virtual colleague—designed to immediately convey the flexibility and countless use cases of Artificial Intelligence based on tools and services available within the SAP solution ecosystem.

Already dubbed the mascot of our presence at the Milan event, the avatar—with the features of a humanized frog that reflects the Mashfrog name and transcends cultural biases—is the result of a mix of GenAI and XAI, applied both to data processing and 3D imaging. It takes the form of a digital steward capable of interacting with SAP, providing information on request, and sharing useful updates about Mashfrog and its activities.
