Mashfrog Group has been certified as a Top Employer Italy 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, earning the recognition for the fourth consecutive year. This achievement confirms the strength of a journey built over time and the Group’s constant focus on people, the heart of a corporate ecosystem that embraces the challenges of digital and technological transformation, fully reflecting the tech human touch claim.
In a context where markets and professions are facing epochal changes and new demands, a balanced focus on people’s skills, responsibilities, and well-being becomes a key enabler of innovation and business growth. For this reason, Mashfrog has built a model based on talent development, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, integrated welfare, care for work-life balance, and the promotion of structured initiatives in the areas of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.
Four years as a Top Employer
The Top Employer Italy 2026 Certification attests to Mashfrog Group’s ability to create a work environment that supports and promotes job performance, professional growth, and personal well-being.
Being confirmed for the fourth consecutive year within this circle of excellence highlights the Group’s ability to consistently maintain, enhance, and evolve its HR policies and strategies in a continuously changing environment.
From 2023 to today, Mashfrog has doubled the number of colleagues operating in Italy, surpassing 500 people, and has opened new offices in Palermo and Naples, as well as additional offices in Rome. At the same time, the world of work is undergoing continuous transformation, now embracing as a "new normal" elements that until five years ago were unthinkable—such as the widespread adoption of smart working, introduced by the Group as early as 2019, and the cross-functional use of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Investing in people, building over time
“This recognition represents confirmation of a consistent and intentional journey for us,” said Giulia Vitetta, Chief People Organization & Procurement Officer at Mashfrog Group. “Investing in people means building, day by day, an organization capable of evolving, attracting and developing talent, and supporting innovation over the long term. Being a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive year is the result of a vision that places trust, shared responsibility, and continuous growth at its core.”
Adrian Seligman, CEO of the Top Employers Institute, stated:
