From Base to Summit in two years
Salesforce ranks its partners across four progressive tiers (Base, Ridge, Crest, and Summit), updating their status annually based on overall performance. Evaluation criteria include completed projects, customer satisfaction levels, the number and level of certifications achieved, and contribution to the development of new opportunities.
The Summit tier represents the pinnacle of this ranking and identifies partners that demonstrate consistent results, strong execution capabilities, and a high level of specialization in Salesforce solutions. At the end of 2023, Mashfrog was at the Base level. In just two years, we progressed through every intermediate tier to achieve Summit status.
