From ERP to ERX and the Agentic Enterprise: Mashfrog Brings Infor Innovation to the Stage in Orlando
From October 6–8, Mashfrog Group will be a Premier Sponsor of Infor Velocity Week 2026, featuring live demos, project success with Emmi Desserts , and a new AI agent selected as a finalist in the Infor Hackathon.
Enterprise technology is entering a new phase. After an initial AI period dominated by experimentation, chatbots, and general-purpose assistants, the focus is shifting toward agents capable of operating within business processes, using industry-specific data, applications, and rules.
This marks the transition toward the Agentic Enterprise, also highlighted in a recent IDC analysis examining the evolution of Infor’s strategy: a model in which the value of AI does not come from capabilities added from the outside, but from its integration into the workflows that power supply chain, manufacturing, finance, workforce management, and other operational areas with industry specific context.
This will be the central theme of Infor Velocity Week 2026, taking place October 6–8 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, FL, where Mashfrog Group will participate as a Premier Sponsor. The event brings together businesses, specialists, and partners to explore Industry trends, new Infor capabilities, discuss product roadmaps, and gain hands-on experience with AI agents and automation designed for specific industries.
AI Agents Embedded in Processes, Not Bolted On
At Booth 7, Mashfrog's Infor Practice team will show how to become an Agentic Enterprise using the systems you already run. Agents only deliver when they understand context, access governed data, and act inside solid processes.
Many AI initiatives stall between a promising pilot and a working solution because the agent doesn't fit the way the business actually runs. Mashfrog closes that gap with its Leap Methodology, pairing AI capabilities with industry knowledge, Infor technology, and experienced AI specialists who work side-by-side with customers to take agents from idea to production.
At the core of the methodology is MAIT, the Mashfrog AI Toolkit. Built and run by Mashfrog's consultants, MAIT puts years of Infor implementation experience to work faster, so deployment times are shorter while preserving the best practices and implementation rigor that drive successful outcomes. MAIT acts as a digital "super consultant" on the Mashfrog team, supporting development, configuration, and implementation to cut manual effort and rework, improve accuracy, and shorten the path from planning to go-live and beyond.
Systems integration used to scale with headcount. Now it scales with agentic intelligence. Mashfrog's consultants leaddesign and direct, MAIT executes at speed. The result is a faster path to go-live, whether it's one agent or a full ERP rollout. Mashfrog isn't waiting for someone else to forge the path. It's leading the way.
Attendees will see this approach in action through live demos and real-world applications, including the Smart Warehouse Receiving Agent, built to make warehouse receiving more efficient. The solution is a finalist in the 2026 Infor Hackathon, Mashfrog's third consecutive trip to the finals following last year's win. The booth will also feature a 3D model of the agent and live MAIT demos.
Emmi Desserts: From Fragmented Systems to a Unified Platform
One of the highlights of Mashfrog’s presence at Infor Velocity Week 2026 will be a session featuring Nicholas Aceti, IT Applications Manager at Emmi Desserts , scheduled for Tuesday, October 6 at 2:00 p.m.
The project began with a common scenario for many multi-site manufacturing companies: three plants, three different legacy systems, and planning activities managed partly through spreadsheets. This fragmentation was particularly challenging for a company that produces private-label chilled desserts for major retailers, with a 40-day shelf life and only ten days to get products onto store shelves.
With Mashfrog’s support, Emmi Desserts replaced its existing systems with Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage , through a two-phase rollout. Before any configuration began, processes across the different sites were standardized, while quarterly Conference Room Pilots encouraged user engagement and solution adoption well ahead of go-live. The new platform was integrated with the company’s existing MES systems, e-invoicing processes, and third-party logistics partners.
The results have had a direct impact on operations: backward and forward lot traceability can now be completed in under a minute; Infor Factory Track scanners have replaced paper-based forms; and Emmi now has access to daily data on material usage and the productivity of each production line.
From Vision to Delivery Capabilities
Mashfrog’s presence in Orlando confirms the leadership role the Group has established within the Infor ecosystem. Mashfrog is one of the few partners certified and authorized to sell and implement every component of Infor Velocity Suite, from Agentic AI and Process Mining to Automation, Value+, and the new AI Adoption Hub.
This distinctive capability enables Mashfrog to support companies throughout their entire transformation journey: from process analysis to ERP modernization, and from roadmap development to the creation and production deployment of AI agents integrated into each customer’s operating environment.
As organizations move beyond AI experimentation and begin operationalizing AI across core business processes, success depends on moving beyond isolated pilot projects to build a continuous cycle in which solutions are prototyped, validated against real workflows and data, deployed with appropriate governance controls, and progressively improved.
Ahead of the event, on October 5, Mashfrog will welcome customers and partners to a happy hour at Rosen Shingle Creek. The conversation about the evolution of industrial processes will continue beyond Orlando, with the October 27 webinar organized with Infor, exploring how AI, automation, and connected platforms can help automotive suppliers adapt to a rapidly transforming market.
