At the height of the digital trend of large distributors, Coop anticipated some of its competitors by setting an ambitious goal: offering an omnichannel supermarket that allows users to do food shopping online including fresh and ‘super fresh’ lines.
The Innovation Factory participated in the creation of the EasyCoop food e-commerce, taking care of all the IT working stages: project analysis and consulting, design and development of the platform.
Ease and quality are two pillars of the platform that mirrors the overall mission of Coop’s digital choice: “100% Quality” and “100% Easy” online experience with “0% Inconvenience”, meaning time spent waiting at traffic lights, parking, lines at checkout and any barrier to purchasing typical of traditional shopping methods.
