The future as seen by companies: mashfrog at the Fondimpresa Forum

On the 19th of September, the mashfrog Group participated in the Fondimpresa Forum to discuss training, innovation and sustainable growth with entrepreneurs, sociologists and journalists.

Training as a lever for the growth of the Italian System. This is the common thread of the Forum"The future of knowledge, companies and workers in transformation", which will be held on the 18th and 19th of September in Rome at the Confindustria Technical Auditorium. The Forum has been organised to celebrate the first 15 years of activity of Fondimpresa, the Interprofessional Fund of Confindustria and CGIL, CISL, UIL which aims to provide simple and accessible training for companies and workers.

In the two days of the Forum speeches, debates and round tables will alternate to compare the visions and testimonies of entrepreneurs, journalists, sociologists and trade unions. Profiles, experiences and very different points of view will discuss the strategic role of training in a world that is changing at an exponential rate.

The first day will star, among others, Alec Ross, technology expert and adviser to Hillary Clinton at the State Department of Innovation, who will illustrate a sustainable approach to the changes we will face in the next 20 years.
On the second day, the 19th of September, the discussion will move on to Italian companies that have distinguished themselves for their resilience and ability to innovate, and that invest in constant investment in resources and in the enhancement of regional excellence.

What do companies think the future will look like? This is the title of the debate headed by Edoardo Narduzzi, President of Mashfrog Group, presenting the Group's vision and describing how an innovative company not only anticipates the future, but helps to build it.
The Forum will close with a discussion between the President of Confindustria, Vincenzo Boccia, and the Confederal Secretaries of the represented trade unions. It will be their task to draw conclusions from the past two days and share the roadmap of Fondimpresa activities.

The Fondimpresa Forum takes place in Rome on the 18th and 19th of September at the Technical Auditorium, Viale Umberto Tupini 65.
